Dear Mark,

This is in connection to your request for information regarding the current status of the planned Lugus island Petroleum Park as well as the status of the natural gas industry in Sulu.

At present, the DOE cannot provide you information with regards to the current status of the natural gas industry in Sulu, since the DOE did not receive an official permit application from the said project.
