Good day! 

My name is Kate Shaira Q. Legaspina. I am a graduate of the ALS back in 2013 at Mansilingan Elementary School. I would like to request for a Certified Original Copy of my ALS Diploma as I've lost my original copy during the Typhoon Odette. I am requesting for another original one because I am applying for University this coming school year. I would be willing to pay any extra charges for this.
