Scope: Laguna cities and municipalities: 
San Pedro		Sta. Rosa		San Pablo		
Sta. Cruz		Los Baños		Calamba
If these are not available, Region IV-A CALABARZON regional type of data will do.

Any data about manufacturing sector if any of the following are not available:
- Total value of production in terms of Peso
- Total number of manufacturing firms
- energy consumption of manufacturing firms
