Greetings!

On behalf of my client. I would like to request a copy of the received copy of the Declaration of Commerciality by Energence Renewable Energy Corporation (EREC) regarding its proposed 35MW Clark Solar Power Project, located at Clark International Airport, Mabalacat, Pampanga. If not available, any information that it has been, indeed, been filed with the DOE.

I make this request for verification and due diligence purposes and through this medium in view of the Covid19 situation, to minimize all possible health risks related thereto,
