You asked for Certificate of Compliance.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Please be informed that Triple C Gasoline Station, with a business address at Barangay Poblacion, Caluya, Antique, has submitted an application for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance in the business of retailing liquid fuels. Pending compliance with all the requirements, the said liquid fuels retail outlet has not yet been issued a COC.
