I request daily electrification levels aggregated per city/municipality across the province of Leyte from September 2013 to December 2014. 

I'm currently conducting a study utilizing nighttime lights as a proxy for power outage measures to track disaster recovery. I will need the daily electrification rate as reported by the DOE/NEA and that will serve as my validation data for my study.
