1) Latest list of substations and corresponding area coverage for each substation of Albay Electric Cooperative (Aleco) / Albay Energy and Power Corporation (APEC)

The closest information I found is this: https://www.doe.gov.ph/ducsp/profile/alecoapec

I would want to request for what particular barangays of which towns fall under the coverage of each substation mentioned.
