The requested information may be sourced directly from the Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines with office address at 9/F Robinsons Equitable Tower, ADB Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City and telephone number 318-9376.  Nevertheless, we are providing you with WESM's monthly effective spot settlement price covering the period from July 2006 to May 2019.
