Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have any information rather no standard if the building can be powered by solar power energy. Nevertheless, we would refer you to
 seek an advice from a professionals like engineers (civil/electrical) whether the
specific building may accommodate the installation of solar power energy.
