As informed by FOI to connect in ngcp.ph regarding my request about Jan. 1, 2010, to Dec. 31, 2020 electricity daily consumption. In regards to this dataset, please check this link https://www.ngcp.ph/Content/uploads/document/operations/Hourly%20Demand%20per%20Grid.xlsx. 

I'm able to download but the file is restricted by the administrator. Please give me access to this file or remove the restriction. Thank you.

Cannot send a request to ngcp.gov.ph/contact since I haven't received an Email OTP from them, only their SMS OTP works.
