Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not provide this request through FOI platform as this is part of DOE internal services. However, you may wish to contact the Oil Industry Management Bureau in the Office of Director Rino Abad for your requested certificate. You may contact the DOE trunkline 8-4792900 and have the operator connect you to this Bureau.

Your right to request a review
