Hi! I would like to request for the information regarding the VECO( Visayan Electric Company ) Electric Billing specifically on the miscellaneous charges, including the government charges. This is for our research project about an app that determines the real-time information about a household's electricity bill, e.g. how high their meter is running and estimates on how much they will be paying. We would like to know how you come up with the charges to be able to come up with our formulation for the computations for our mobile application. I really hope we could get an answer. Thank you!
