I would like to request for the microdata (public use file in Excel or csv) of the latest Household Energy Consumption Survey - one for General Santos City and other dataset for Davao City. This is in relation to the master's thesis that I am supervising which will try to develop cross-sectional panel data estimations of energy use for each of the cities mentioned.
