Good Day, Ma'am/Sir!

I would like to request your good office for a list of Petroleum Companies operating in the Philippines within the time frame indicated above, and if possible, as well as a guideline or summary of the process in applying for an oil pipeline concession. I am currently writing a dissertation regarding oil pipeline concessionaires in partial fulfillment of the requirements of my degree. The requested data would be of great help in my dissertation since it has to be based on facts and should be accurate.
