You asked for Yearly Total Amount of Solar Radiation.

Please be informed that the DOE has no detailed data on monthly/ daily/hourly/yearly average solar radiation of Manila, Cebu, Davao and Dumaguete, the country’s annual/monthly/yearly average data on solar radiation (direct normal irradiance and tilted irradiation) are among the renewable energy resources information contained in the “Philippine Geospatial Toolkit”, an open-source map-based software application which is accessible/downloadable at:
