We would like to respectfully request for a copy of the memorandum dated March 3, 2021 issued to Mr. Ricardo B. Dela Cruz, Director of the DOE-Visayas.

We already request this document before thru Legal Services Department but Atty. Gabriel B. Corpuz intentionally did not attached it with his previous letter to us.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. However, the best unit to handle this concern is the DOE’s Administrative Services (AS). We forwarded your request to AS, unfortunately the eFOI Portal is experiencing some technical difficulties and we encountered an error in forwarding your request to AS. They replied/provided the information you are requesting via email.

Your right to request a review
