For the shapefile of transmission lines, you may contact National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) at +632-8863-7100 or corpcomm@ngcp.ph

And for the distribution lines, you may inquire with the Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) at https://online.meralco.com.ph/customers/s/contact
