Hi,
I would like to ask the following questions re. i) oil and gas and ii) energy:
1. Are the prices of i) oil and gas, and ii) energy administered or regulated? If so, covered by which government policy(ies)?
2. Are the prices of i) oil and gas, and ii) energy subsidized? If so, how are subsidies for i) and ii) determined, in terms of the rules in place and the process for approval and disbursement? I would also like to request for historical data on the subsidies approved and disbursed from 2015 to present.
Thank you.
Regards,

Hi,
In addition to my earlier request, I would also like to know the following:
1. How are electricity tariffs determined, from the initial purchase of raw materials to the price charged to the end consumer?
2. If power distributing companies end up making losses because the electricity tariff is insufficient to cover their costs, what is the arrangement in place to ensure that private operators in charge of electricity distribution remain profitable?
Thank you.
