I would like to request the yearly electricity consumption of cities in the National Capital region from the earliest possible date to the latest possible date. If possible, per city. 

I would also like to know the estimated cost of consumption per year, as well as the prevailing electricity rate per year, if such data exists.

You may download the data on electricity consumption within MERALCO franchise area through the following link:

Please be informed that DOE does not have data on electricity broken down per Municipality/City.  For electricity cost in NCR, you may directly coordinate with MERALCO or browse through its website.
