You asked for The Levelized Cost of Energy in the Philippines.

We wish to provide the following link RE: Cost and Performance Characteristics of New Generating Technologies, Annual Energy Outlook 2021. The data is from the Energy Information Agency. It has values of overnight capital costs of all RE technologies:
