Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 12, 2021 08:42:56 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Monthly Average Electric Consumption of Textile Manufacturing in the Philippines.

In connection with your request, we wish to inform you that we don’t have yet the energy consumption data from the textile mills sector. We are anticipating that by 15th of April 2021, they will submit to us their annual energy consumption reports from CY 2015 to CY 2020. This is in compliance with their obligations under Republic Act (RA) No. 11285 or the Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC) Act of 2019 and its governing Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2020-05-0001.
