While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have to provide the clearance you have requested because this is part of internal services of DOE. However, you may wish to contact the DOE Oil Industry Management Bureau at 84792900 local 421/422 or email to at rabad@doe.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Raphael P. Lotilla at rlotilla@doe.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
