May I request a copy of  HSC No. 2014-05-445 to 447 hydropower service contracts? 

I need this information in a current study I am doing regarding assessment of potential hydropower sites. Also I need this to check whether or not the contract is being fulfilled by our RE Contract Holder as I also belong to the stakeholders of the communities where these HSCs are granted
