Hi! I am Hann Russel Camerino, I am conducting a study titled: Estimating Electricity Demand and Economic Growth in the Manufacturing sector in the Philippines. I would like to request of the following: (preferably classified to non-energy intensive, energy intensive, non manufacturing (1990-2023))

1.) The total Manufacturing/Industrial Sector Performance in the Philippines
2.) Aggregate Electricity Consumption and Electricity Rates, Cost of Industrial Sector (Manufacturing) 
3.) Aggregate Philippine  Economic Growth

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 29, 2023 02:01:09 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed a copy of the 1990-2022 electricity consumption particularly in the Industry sector. 

As for the Industrial sector performance and for the Philippine economic growth, you may refer to the 2021 Philippine Energy Situationer through this link: https://www.doe.gov.ph/sites/default/files/pdf/energy_statistics/doe-pes-kes-2021.pdf .

With regards to the electricity rates, we will endorse them to our Power Bureau.
