We, the students of University of Santo Tomas taking up Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with a specialization track of Data Science, would like to ask your good office for permission to gather data. This is regarding your data per region area (e.g Region I, Region II, etc.) from year 1990-2016 on the following:
1.	Electricity consumption;
2.	Electricity peak demand;
3.	Fuel prices
