I would like to request for a copy of Service Contract #72. I am writing a piece on the developing joint exploration between the Philippines and China, along with ways moving forward. I will be exploring the angle of how negotiating is used in bilateral relations between the two countries.

Due to confidentiality clause, we are not in the position to provide the requested copy.  As indicated in the MOU, "any information shared by the two Governments or their authorized enterprise(s) under or pursuant to this MOU will be kept confidential, unless the two governments decide otherwise."
