Hi! I would like to inquire about the following regarding a company, that is engage in a Renewable Energy (Solar) business, whose planning to Incorporate in the Philippines:

1. What are the maximum/minimum requirements/restrictions on the following:

- authorized capital stock,
- subscribed capital stock and
- paid-up capital stock.

and if there are any implications on having too high or too low amount on those capital stocks.

Response to Request

We regret to inform you that our unit has no available data on the abovementioned request. However, you may directly coordinate with our Renewable Energy Resources Compliance Division (RERCD) which handles the compliance of Renewable Energy developers with their financial obligations as provided in the RE service contracts, you can reach them @ 8479 2900 local 244.

Your right to request a review
