 I am Noven S. Villaber, a 4th year Electrical Engineering student of University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines. I am currently doing my Thesis and of my objective is to evaluate available wind turbines in the Philippines. I hope the list will also have the detailed specification of the types of wind turbines.
