To whom it may concern: 

I am a researcher at the Center for Energy, Ecology, and Development (CEED). 

As part of our research regarding energy sustainability and energy security in the country, we would like to have a copy of the renewal agreement for Malampaya SC 38 as it contains information about the responsibilities, liabilities, and obligations of the malampaya consortium and possible information about new potential gas field exploration and development in the area or some other parts of the Philippines.
