Hi! I would like to request the gathered wind characteristic data (speed and direction) in Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija. This will be used for as a validation of my numerical simulation in Wind Resource Assessment for my MS Thesis. I am willing to comply to any requirements needed for the said data.
