This is Aileen L. Burgos po, daughter of Romualdo M. Luna. This is in relation to the document sent to my father, an 81 year old man, asking him to explain and pay for around P60K re selling in his small sari sari store in Alabat, Quezon an LPG without an SCC. He said he already processed the SCC and pls see the very first page of the attached. We hope that the order be cancelled po as it is causing him so much stress and anxiety. Nagkasalisi lang po ung processing SCC and the issuance of the order. Wala po kaming pambayad ng P60K+.  Legitimate naman po ang pinagkukunan nya ng LPG. Salamat po.
