I would like to ask for the most updated list of existing solar, biomass and wind developers in the Philippines  with the following details

1) Their address and contact details
2) Point person with contact details
3) MW capacity
4) Pending, Pre-development/ Development/ with Declaration of Commerciality/ Operating wind and solar projects
5) Feed in Tariff Based / PPA Based / WESM Based

Hoping to receives the list and information the soonest.

Response to Request

We enclose the list of awarded and pending projects you requested. However, item numbers 1 and 2 we will not be able to disclose such information as it is covered by the data privacy act.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Alfonso G. Cusi at email address alfonso.cusi@doe.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
