Hi! I'd like to request for a copy of the Department's issued Circular or Memorandum or Order re: its rules and regulations on Official Local and Foreign Travel in line with the Executive Order 77.

Does DOE allow  claims on meal expenses equivalent to 30% of the 30% of the meal component of the DTE as provided in the Section 6(b)(ii) for travels within the 50km radius from the permanent station of the DOE personnel? What are the nature/purpose of the travel which allow such claims?
