Hi! I am Engr. Gaskell Francia of LANDBANK under the Project Management and Engineering Dept (PMED). I would like to request for the latest copy of the Estimated Construction Cost Ranges (ECCR) for Various structures since we are in the process of updating our ECCR. I hope that you can give me the ranges for the following :
a. Renewable Energy for Power Generation Facilities
b. Non-Renewable Energy Project – Coal Fired Plant

You asked for the Request for the Latest Construction Project Cost of Facilities.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the recently issued ERC Resolution No. 6, series of 2023 which reflects the construction projects cost for Solar, Biomass, WTE, and Wind. 

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as the information found on other government websites.

Your right to request a review
