This is to request for a document that holds the data on fuel consumption of Region 1 (year 2021) as well as any document that has the number of participating gasoline station located at Region 1 and 2 (updated list). This request is intended for a feasibility study on Oil Depot to be located at Sta. Ana, Cagayan under the management of Cagayan Economic Zone Authority

You asked for Request for fuel consumption data for Region 1.

Response to Request

This is regarding your data request on the fuel consumption as well as the number of participating gasoline stations in Region 1 & 2.
 
We regret to inform you that we cannot provide all the requested information as of now. However, you may refer to the attached file wherein the updated gasoline stations are listed.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Raphael P.M. Lotilla at rlotilla@doe.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
