We would like to respectfully request a copy of the letter of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) dated June 11, 2018 denying the application of Majestics Energy Corporation (MEC) for FIT COC due to MEC's failure to comply with foreign ownership requirements. We understand the ERC referred the issue to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Relatedly, we also wish to respectfully request for the Decision of the SEC on the issue of foreign ownership of MEC.
