Hi, on January 21, 2021, the Department of Energy posted in its website the EPNS Application Status, this includes a summary of pending applications.

I would like to request for the following relative to the pending applications:
1.  the 35 companies with pending applications
2.  projects involved
3.  expected date of  resolution of pending applications.

Thank you for your request dated Jan 29, 2021 03:15:51 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for EPNS with Pending Application Status.

Response to Request

Based on the Advisory issued by Secretary Alfonso G. Cusi on the suspension of the issuance of CEPNS, all CEPNS applications will be automatically migrated to the Energy Virtual One-Stop-Shop (EVOSS) system. Thus, out of the 35 projects, 29 projects which are all renewables are already registered in the EVOSS. The remaining 6 projects are in the process of registration.
