Dear Madam/Sir,

I am an energy engineering graduate student from UP Diliman doing a techno-economic assessment of carbon capture and storage (CCS) deployment in proposed pulverized coal power plants in the Philippines. I would like to request Technical Specification of Existing Coal-fired Power Plants in the country which preferably includes the following information:
1. capacity
2. commissioning date and estimated plant life
3. coal feedstock property
4. plant technology employed

It will be a great help in my study. Thank you.
