This refers to your inquiry to the DOE via e-FOI website regarding the energy consumption of High rise Buildings in Makati.
Please be informed that under RA11285, Designated Establishments are required to submit energy consumption and conservation reports to DOE. However, specific details such as building features are yet to be reported to the DOE.
In this regard, the following are the 2021 consumption data for 85 Designated Establishments situated in the Makati area. Please take note that these DEs are mixed facilities (both high-rise and non high-rise) as we do not have the data to categorize the report based on the number of floors.:
Electricity (kWh) 95,664,758.15
Gasoline (L) 1,944,751.21
Diesel (L) 381,411.11
LPG (L) 58,481.92
Fuel Oil (L) 31,109.00
Waste Oil (L) 2,471.00
