Attached is the latest data on residential rates which is as of March 2020 for your reference.  With regards to the laws and regulations for solar energy,  please refer to Republic Act No. 9513 entitled “An Act Promoting the Development, Utilization and Commercialization of Renewable Energy Resources and for other Purposes” and its Implementing Rules and Regulations under DOE Department Circular No. 2009-05-008 for your guidance which can be downloaded at the DOE website www.doe.gov.ph. You may also visit the website link https://www.doe.gov.ph/renewable-energy for additional information.
