Good day! I would like to request for:

Raw data (microdata files) from "The Compendium on Energy Statistics and Information (CESI) for 2016" which covers historical data for 1990 to 2016, including projections for energy supply and demand until 2040.

The data will be used for my master's thesis. Thank you!

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online. You may retrieve your requested information from https://www.doe.gov.ph/sites/default/files/pdf/energy_statistics/doe_compendium_energy_statistics.pdf

As per our Policy Formulation Research Division (PRFD) under the Energy Policy and Planning Bureau (EPPB). There's no available raw data when it comes to outlook, it is specified in thousand tons of oil equivalent (ktoe) unit.
