Good day. 

Would just like to inquire about 2 topics.

1. If a company or jv has 2 or more mini hydropowerplant projects, are they automatically/mandated to connect to distribution utilities to sell the power? is there a memo for this. 

2. are the transmission lines solely constructed by ph government? can the international company (who is part of the jv for the hydropowerplant-du) construct the transmission lines in the area of scope of the hydropower plant? is there a memo or law stating that ph government is the one who is only allowed to construct transmission lines?

If a company has or JV has 2 or more mini hydro power project which has less than 5MW, will the PH government or DU in the area construct the transmission line for the generation company? Are there any memo for this?
