Thank you for your request dated Jul 03, 2023 09:04:27 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Please be informed that we currently use the Tier 1 Default Emission Factors based on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) 2006 Volume 2, Energy which is (kg of greenhouse gas (C02, CH4,and N2O) per TJ on a Net Calorific Basis) of fuels.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Raphael P.M. Lotilla. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
