Hi, Good day, I would like to take action about the bills of the SURNECO Electric Consumers complaining right now on different social media platforms like Facebook. Many consumers are complaining that the penalty of June 8 is added on the next bill in advance but today is May 29. They receive a bill again with the penalty that should only issued after June 8. I think you sould take action from it URGENTLY because many consumers right now are affected. PLEASE PRIORITIZE
