A pleasant day Ma’am! We are 4th year students of BS ECE from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines — Manila. The purpose of this request is to gather data on the monthly energy consumption of PUP Buildings from 2012 to the present, including the Main Building (North, East, West, South), the College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA) building, and the College of Communication (COC) building.
We assure you that the information provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will be solely used for academic and research purposes.

Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. In relation to your letter regarding your request for the monthly energy consumption of PUP buildings from 2012 to the present, dated June 9, 2023, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, the Department of Energy does not have the information you have requested. Instead, we advise you to send a letter of request to Meralco or the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in order to obtain the aforementioned data.
