We would like to refer you to the published 2020 Power Statistics which can be downloaded at this link https://www.doe.gov.ph/energy-statistics/2003-2020-power-statistics. You can access sectoral electricity consumption, which includes residential, under f. 2003-2020 Electricity Sales and Consumption per Grid, by Sector (annual historical) and 2. 2020 Monthly Electricity Sales (2020 monthly).
