Hi, we would just like to ask if we could obtain data of electricity. Specifically this data includes supply, demand, sales, sources, and occurences of yellow and red alert for the recent 5 years historical data(2016-2020). And if applicable can it be categorized for each city in NCR.

Below is the response from our Power Planning and Development Division sent to your email:
"Dear Mr. Limpin, et al,
Good day!
We refer to your letter dated 23 February 2021 addressed to Director Pacifico A. Avenido, Jr. of the Administrative Services, which was endorsed to Director Mario C. Marasigan of the Electric Power Industry Management Bureau, requesting historical data (supply, sales, demand, and electricity sources) and conduct an interview in accordance with the current health protocols.
Please see attached file of the Energy Sales and Supply-Demand of Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) based on its 2020 Distribution Development Plan. Please be informed that said data was for the entire franchise area of MERALCO. You may directly coordinate with MERALCO on the data per city and list of electricity suppliers.
Further, we will send to follow the list of occurrence of Yellow and Red Alerts in Luzon.
You may also visit the DOE Website for other relevant information.
