Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.

This is to inform you that the RPS On-Grid Mandated Participant's submission of RPS Requirements and Shortfall covering period 2021 (actual) and planning horizon 2022-2031 is on going. Should you wish to acquire said data, you may directly communicate with the concerned Distribution Utilities

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Alfonso G. Cusi at alfonsocusi@doe.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
