Good day,

I request daily electrification levels aggregated per city/municipalities that suffered widespread outage from December 2021 to June 2022. I'm currently conducting a study utilizing nighttime lights as a proxy for power outage measures. I will need the daily electrification rate as reported by the DOE/NEA and that will serve as my validation data for my study.

I'm currently a PhD Physics student from UP Diliman and rest assured that the data will be used for academic purposes only. If the daily rate is not available, weekly or monthly data could suffice. Thanks!
