Your Request

You asked for Power Supply Procurement Plan - Mindanao.

Response to Request

Please be informed that under Section 4 of Department Circular No. DC 2018-02-0003, Distribution Utilities are required to submit a Distribution Development Plan (DDP), which contains the Power Supply Procurement Plan (PSPP).  For Electric Cooperatives, their DDP shall be submitted through the National Electrification Administration (NEA).  Thus, only PSPP reviewed and approved by NEA and endorsed to the DOE will be posted to the Competitive Selection Process Portal at the DOE website.  Upon submission to DOE of the DDP, DOE checks the consistency of data prior to posting on the website.
